PixEGen is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content that the client has approved.

5. No-Code/Low-Code Solutions

We offer no-code/low-code solutions to provide efficient and cost-effective website development. While these solutions are designed to be user-friendly, some technical knowledge may be required. PixEGen provides training and support to help clients manage their websites effectively. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from client modifications or third-party integrations.

6. White-Label Services

PixEGen provides white-label services, allowing agencies and freelancers to offer our website design and development solutions under their own brand. Clients using our white-label services are responsible for their own client relationships and ensuring that their clients comply with all applicable laws and regulations. PixEGen is not liable for any disputes between our white-label clients and their customers.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreements. PixEGen requires an upfront deposit before commencing work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. PixEGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
